Virtual classes can be convenient for those with busy schedules or who prefer to work out from the comfort of home.
Classes can be attended Live virtually, or recordings can be sent directly to your email when you are available.
Lift
Mon at 7pm & Wed at 8am
Get those weights ready! Body Circuit is a no impact, strength class that uses weights, to provide your body with a full body training session. It's like having your own personal trainer. Great if you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, tone, strengthen, increase energy and more!
Walk Fit
Thurs at 9am
2,000 steps and more! This class will have you getting your step count up, and your heart rate lifted with bouts of walking, and step moves, combined with intervals of strength training with dumbbells. This 30-minute class is performed completely standing and is great for all fitness levels. 30 minutes
Pilates stretch
Tues at 9am
Pilates MAT is a 30-minute class that focuses on strength, stability, posture, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
Sculpt
Fri at 8am
A class created to stretch, sweat, and burn it out. Pilates meets strength in this quick, fun, and empowering fitness style that will give you a complete workout in 30 minutes. Using low weights and high repetitions, a sculpt and burn feel is sure to happen. Modifications are provided to newer students while offering challenges to more experienced students.
Online Class Passes
This monthly membership gets you 3 classes virtually and on-demand of your choosing weekly (mix and match).
