In-person Classes

Classes here at the house give you a great workout without all the distractions of a big-box gym.

We offer quick 30- and 45-minute small group classes for more specialized attention. Classes include strength, cardiovascular training, yoga, and pilates.

We know you are busy; we get you in, moving, so you can carry on with your day.

Class Descriptions

Group Lift Strong

Mon & Wed at 5pm

Get those weights ready! Body Circuit is a no impact, strength class that uses weights, to provide your body with a full body training session. It's like having your own personal trainer. Great if you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, tone, strengthen, increase energy and more! 

Walk Fit

Mon at 5:30pm

2,000 steps and more! This class will have you getting your step count up, and your heart rate lifted with bouts of walking, and step moves, combined with intervals of strength training with dumbbells. This 30-minute class is performed completely standing and is great for all fitness levels.  30 minutes

Lunch break Yoga

Wed at 12:10pm

A class accessible to for all fitness levels, combines dynamic postures with breathe to open, strengthen and detoxify the body. Modifications are provided to newer students while simultaneously offering challenges to more experienced students.

Cardio & Core

Wed at 5:30pm

A class created to stretch, sweat, and burn it out. Yoga meets Pilates in this quick, fun, and empowering fitness style that will give you a complete workout in 30 minutes. It is best performed on your mat in bare feet but do what feels comfortable to you. Modifications are provided to newer students while offering challenges to more experienced students.
