We focus on making changes in these 2 areas, our minds and bodies working TOGETHER, creating a weight loss & management system that is sustainable.

Busy Bodies is a 28-day Challenge Group for women, created to get moving and eating for the health of it, in short, manageable bits and bites!
A curated blend of resistance, core, flexibility, and cardio training in small, manageable snack sizes to help women feel strong and confident in their bodies while optimizing their health. In addition, creating and building on small healthy eating habits will lead to big results in how the body functions and feels.
