Hey! Under all those curls, I am here to help you move your body and live your best life. I am committed to being your cheerleader, to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals through individualized programming and nurturing therapies. Bringing over two decades of massage therapy, years of personal training, and sport experience, my goal is to help you do life better. Using my in-depth understanding of anatomy and body mechanics, we will work together to help you rehabilitate, improve movement, and reach your health goals.
Here, classes are small, and the training is personalized and private.

Personal Training
No matter what your goals are, your customized programs are much more than just a series of training sessions. It is a physical, psychological, and emotional experience customized to address your unique fitness profile. Enabling you to increase your fitness level as agreed upon at the beginning the partnership.

Group Classes
Classes here at the house are offered in-person and online. Offering quick 30 & 45 minute small group classes options for - strength and cardiovascular training, yoga, as well as pilates.
You get a great workout without all the distractions of a big box gym. And you can access them when it works for your schedule.

Whether you need relief from chronic pain and muscle tension, help recovering from an injury, or just want to enjoy a relaxing, therapeutic massage can enhance your physical and emotional well being, and improve your performance and quality of life.

Programs
This 6 week program is based on the 50 / 50 approach to help you not only reach your goals but transition into healthy habits for the long haul. Creating healthy habits is 50% method, and 50% mindset. We will focus on making changes in these 2 areas, our minds and bodies working TOGETHER, creating a fat loss & management system that is sustainable.
Busy Bodies is a 28 day Challenge Group for women, created to get moving and eating for the health of it, in short, manageable bits and bites!. A curated blend of resistance, core, flexibility, and cardio training in small, manageable snack sizes to help women feel strong and confident in their bodies while optimizing their health. In addition, creating and building on small healthy eating habits will lead to big results in how the body functions and feels.
