  • Personal Training

    No matter what your goals are, your customized programs are much more than just a series of training sessions. It is a physical, psychological, and emotional experience customized to address your unique fitness profile. Enabling you to increase your fitness level as agreed upon at the beginning the partnership.

  • Group Classes

    Classes here at the house are offered in-person and online. Offering quick 30 & 45 minute small group classes options for - strength and cardiovascular training, yoga, as well as pilates.

    You get a great workout without all the distractions of a big box gym. And you can access them when it works for your schedule.

  • Message Therapy

    Whether you need relief from chronic pain and muscle tension, help recovering from an injury, or just want to enjoy a relaxing, therapeutic massage can enhance your physical and emotional well being, and improve your performance and quality of life.

With over two decades of experience in massage therapy, personal training, and a deep background in sports, my goal is to help you do life better. Using my knowledge and experience of anatomy, physiology, and women’s health, we can work together to help you rehabilitate, improve movement, and reach your health goals.

Here, classes are small, and the training is personalized and private.
